About the Job:
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for working with minimal instruction and leading the resolution of varied and non-routine complex sales operations tasks, exercising expert judgment and creative solutioning to support revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role may coordinate the activities of other team members (team lead) and provide mentorship and guidance to new team members, using both traditional style tools as well as AI-powered tools to identify trends, build forecasts and models, and offer insights to optimize sales performance. The position supports executive-level business reviews and strategic decision-making through detailed analysis and reporting.
The Sales Operations Analyst may serve as a Consolidator Analyst within the Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team, supporting Sales and Internal teams by utilizing advanced analytics and AI tools to extract and present sales data, manage business reviews, and ensure data quality. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making for Business Partners and Sales Leaders.
What Will You Do:
Lead the development and delivery of executive-level sales performance reviews and in-depth pipeline analysis with product and industry focus.
Manage complex forecasting models and perform variance analysis to support sales strategy and operational efficiency.
Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize sales processes and analyze market and sales data.
Act as the primary point of contact for sales leaders on data-related inquiries, trends, and operational changes.
Mentor and provide guidance to new team members on sales operations processes, tools, and best practices.
Lead enhancements to automation systems and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Lead the development of sales quote tools and pricing structures to support business objectives.
Consolidator Analyst: Extracts, compiles, analyzes, interprets, and presents sales data, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and AI tools to identify key trends and provide actionable insights for data-based decision-making.
Consolidator Analyst: Owns quarterly/monthly business reviews, preliminary bookings files, data quality checks, ad hoc data queries, and defines scalable, AI-driven reporting solutions, while also assisting with forecasting processes and building user-friendly resources.
