As a Senior Systems Engineer on the AI Ops team, you will design and build AI-driven tooling and automation that improves system reliability, and engineering productivity across the organization. You will partner closely with infrastructure, observability, and incident management teams to identify opportunities where AI and intelligent automation can streamline operational workflows, improve troubleshooting, and enhance reliability practices across the organization.

About the Role

  • Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure supporting Linux and Windows workloads

  • Develop and implement AI-powered automation and tooling to improve system reliability and operational efficiency

  • Troubleshoot cloud and distributed systems issues across AWS or Onprem environments

  • Manage and optimize containerized environments using Kubernetes

  • Support and maintain identity and access management corporate infrastructure

  • Partner with engineering teams to build resilient and scalable systems

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows through AI-assisted automation and platform tooling

  • Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting production systems



About You

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or platform engineering

  • 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or reliability engineering

  • Experience operating cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Strong experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes

  • Proficiency with scripting and programming languages (Python, .NET, JavaScript)

  • Experience building automation tooling for infrastructure or operations

  • Familiarity with AI tooling or AI concepts for operational automation

  • Experience with observability, monitoring, and incident response tooling

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems and cloud infrastructure

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $93,500.00-$209,500.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
