| Posting Summary | The Program for Disability Research at the School of Management and Labor Relations seeks a research assistant. This research assistant will support a qualitative research project examining department-level variation in disability accommodation practices within a large healthcare organization. They will assist in developing a peer-reviewed manuscript using existing interview data, conduct qualitative coding and analysis as needed, and translate research findings from the Employer Disability Practices Center into concise, practitioner-oriented briefs for human resources, managers, and organizational leaders. This role is ideal for an emerging researcher with strong qualitative research skills, excellent writing ability, and interest in disability inclusion, workplace culture, and applied research translation. |
