| Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Compensation Analyst for University Human Resources (UHR). Under the general supervision of the Rutgers University Human Resource Associate Director of Compensation, the Compensation Analyst administers, gathers, analyzes and interprets job market data, comparing it against new and existing positions to ensure competitive pay practices across the university. The Compensation Analyst uses job assessment guidelines, policies and governance to recommend the placement of jobs in the appropriate salary structure, as well as, participates in annual market salary surveys. | Work Arrangement | Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. The flexible work arrangements outlined in Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 are part of a pilot program that is effective September 1, 2022 through January 31, 2026. Therefore, there is no guarantee that this flexible work arrangement will continue beyond that date.
