| Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives and Data Analytics within the Analytics Rutgers School of Graduate Studies–Biomedical and Health Sciences. The Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives and Data Analytics supports the Executive Director for Research Training and Development in advancing the School of Graduate Studies – Biomedical and Health Sciences (SGS–BHS) mission through data-driven strategy and evidence-based decision-making. This position holds primary responsibility for the identification, collection, analysis, and synthesis of data that informs senior leadership’s strategic planning, grant development, program effectiveness, and student success. Areas of emphasis include federal training grant support, graduate student engagement and outcomes, alumni outreach, and leveraging learning management system (LMS) analytics. The Associate Director ensures that data systems are robust, comprehensive, and aligned with institutional goals, providing actionable insights that strengthen graduate education and professional development.
