PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
CPIT Corporate Functions Data to Analytics I Corporate Financial Analytics & Planning delivers cloud solutions, bringing unquestionable outcomes to our value chains through our agile and learn mindset.
As part of the CPIT Corporate Functions Data to Analytics organization, the Finance Analytics team assumes ownership for the creation of financial analytical assets and SAP’s financial planning processes.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated working student to join our team for a minimum of 12 months starting June 1st in this role, you will get familiar with SAP’s analytics solutions and data models on SAP HANA or SAP BW as well as all relevant financial planning processes.
You will support the interface between Controlling and the technical teams that is responsible for SAP’s financial planning processes and the corresponding systems. Your tasks cover topics like e.g., preparation, testing and documentation of the financial planning system and planning templates, support for the team in its vision to continuously improve the current processes and user support.
You will gain a deep understanding of SAP’s financial planning and reporting processes, while at the same time broadening your knowledge with regards to SAP’s business intelligence and planning product portfolio. The position is a unique opportunity to develop and grow in a global role engaging with both business, and technology.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
- Studying preferably in the fields: business informatics or business administration (preferably with focus on Controlling / Management)
- Having the following computer skills: Professional user of MS Office, strong Excel and Visual Basics skills are beneficial
- Must have a passion for numbers and details.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal as well as presentations) and a collaborative attitude towards our customers
- You are fluent in German and English
- You are result-oriented and a very engaged and motivated problem solver
- Team player with a strong can-do mentality
- Must be available for a contract extension to 12 months.
- Working from Walldorf office on regular basis is required
