As a Senior Solution Support Engineer, you’ll deliver exceptional customer support across SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), an environment that unifies data management, analytics, AI, application development, automation, and integration. You’ll resolve complex technical issues, drive customer satisfaction, and collaborate with global teams. This role involves simulating problems, engaging with development teams, and providing expert solutions across UX/UI technologies, SAP Fiori, Gateway, relational databases, and operating systems. It demands strong independent problem-solving, clear documentation, and flexibility for shift work. Be a technical thought leader, master SAP’s cutting-edge technologies, and help make the world run better.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years in technical support, development, or operations
  • Experience with SAP solutions is a strong advantage
  • Strong IT aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly understand complex customer landscapes and business processes
  • Excellent English communication (spoken/written), collaboration, and service skills
  • Programming skills preferred
  • Professional, open communicator with strong presentation and conflict resolution abilities
  • Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, cloud-first environments
  • Experienced in guiding and upskilling colleagues
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions
