What you'll do

At SAP, our User Assistance (UA) teams are tasked with creating and refining the information that enables our clients to efficiently implement, manage, and utilize our software solutions.

What you bring

  • Technical writing – you will update the text displayed by software graphical interfaces, online help, and user guides. The writing will be done in English, and you may also develop interactive images and learning videos in collaboration with Product Managers and Developers.
  • Learning and Support
  • You will be supported by User Assistance experts and have a dedicated mentor. You will be trained in DITA and tools for developing new media. The content you develop will be reviewed by an experienced technical writer who will help you adhere to technical writing guidelines and standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent level of English (written and spoken B2 at least)

• Curiosity for new technologies (knowledge in HTML, XML, or JavaScript would be an advantage), as well as some knowledge in accounting/finance

• Ability to analyze the information needs of diverse users

• Skills in graphic design and video (Camtasia)

Meet your team

At SAP, the User Assistance (UA) teams are responsible for designing and developing the information that helps our clients successfully deploy, administer, and use our software. We are located at the SAP Tower in Levallois-Perret, within the team developing financial consolidation products. We specialize in writing text for software graphical interfaces, embedded help, new media, and online documentation.

Duration: 12/24 months

Start date: as per school calendar (Sept. 2025)

This contract is subject to remuneration in line with the applicable collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC).
