The Role:

As a Junior/Senior Visual Designer, you will be at the forefront of our design initiatives, focusing on crafting a visually stunning and cohesive design language for a large enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the visual theme enhances user experience and aligns with our brand identity.

What you`ll do:

· Follow industry best practices when designing UI elements at scale.

· Develop and maintain a robust, low-maintenance design token architecture to ensure cohesive, scalable UI elements across teams and products.

· Create consistent, high-quality UI components for our Web Design System.

· Create and maintain UI components across different theming modes.

· Proactively identify and resolve visual design inconsistencies.

· Enhance and maintain handoff and design processes across products and teams.

· Collaborate with designers to integrate the Web Design System into product development.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

· Are able to create visually appealing, innovative, and effective designs, preferably for B2B applications.

· Have a proven track record in designing elements of a design language, including color, typography, illustration, iconography, spacing, and layout.

· Are proficient in Figma and its best practices, such as auto-layout, Dev Mode, Variables, etc., and other industry-standard tools.

· Have demonstrated experience in effectively managing design tokens, such as with Figma Token Studio.

· Manage and organize high-volume Figma libraries.

· Have proven experience in developing scalable designs across platforms.

· Can create high-quality UI elements from scratch and manage their variables at scale.

· Can adapt UI components promptly based on user feedback.

· Have a structured, independent working style with a passion for accuracy and a positive, self-motivated attitude.

What you bring:

· A bachelor's or master's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design, or a related field.

· 3+ years of professional experience leading visual design projects, ideally in a global environment.

· Attention to detail without sacrificing usability and adaptability.

· A stunning design portfolio that showcases a spectrum of creative design solutions.

· Ability to present ideas clearly and compellingly across diverse cultures.

· Familiarity with accessibility standards is beneficial.

· Strong English skills; German skills are advantageous.
