We help the world run better

At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best. Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.

Why This Role Rocks

We are not just building a product; we’re redefining how businesses connect with their customers. As a Product Manager on our fast-growing Order Management team, you’ll be at the helm of one of the most high-momentum products in our Customer Experience portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up. Our Order Management solution is cutting-edge: API-first, service-based, and built natively for the cloud. Think startup energy, with the backing of a leading tech organization.

You’ll help guide customers through their cloud-native transformation, working on a product that’s as strategic as it is exciting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Evolve the product roadmap for our Order Management Services with the help of the Product Lead, aligning vision with real-world customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive delivery.
  • Work closely with customers to understand pain points and uncover unmet needs.
  • Help define what “best-in-class” looks like for cloud-native order orchestration, more specific our In Store Sales transaction product.
  • Wear multiple hats—we’re building fast, and everyone contributes beyond their title.
  • Champion data-informed decision-making while keeping the user at the center.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline (bonus points if you can talk APIs without blinking).
  • Proven experience collaborating within a Product Trio model (Product, Engineering, and UX).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you’re not afraid of ambiguity, and you thrive when building something new.
  • Strong communicator who can rally teams and influence without authority.
  • Passionate about technology, obsessed with user experience, and excited to build for scale.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Work with a world-class team in a collaborative, no-ego environment.
  • Flexibility to experiment, take ownership, and make your mark.
  • Vibrant Montreal office, buzzing with energy and great coffee.
  • Be part of a mission that truly impacts customers on their digital journey.
