What you'll do
- Do operational tasks like Monitoring, System Provisioning, Software life cycle management, handling escalations, and process improvement
- Learn quickly, understand, and articulate new product’s technical requirements
- Ensure 24/7 service availability and service quality for all BTP and non-ABAP based apps
- Own and continuously improve our service offering
- Research and implement DevOps tools & practices fitting the ecosyste
- Collaborate effectively with product development and customer-facing teams to enable robust automation and seamless operations
- Advise project stakeholders and customers regarding DevOps-related topics throughout the product lifecycle
- Provide 24/7 shift coverage
What you bring
- Work Experience: 3 up to 5 years
- Exposure in AZURE platforms
- Good DevOps knowledge for applications based on AZURE
- Good working knowledge of Python, Perl, Bash is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently, and desire to learn, innovate & explore new topics
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical skills and initiative
