ABOUT THE TEAM
The Software Asset Management team within IT Strategic Central Services (SCS) has an opening for a Working Student position. As part of SAP’s IT unit, the IT Strategic Central Service (SCS) team provides end-to-end strategy support. This includes driving all cascading efforts of the organization’s strategic direction, based on SAP’s corporate goal of Best Intelligent Enterprise. IT transformation, communication, branding, organizational development, CIO office support, and Software Asset Management Services are in focus of the team’s day-to-day activities.
THE ROLE
Join the SCS Software Asset Management (SAM) team and gain great insights by supporting the orchestration of the Software Asset Management transformation of SAP.
As a Working Student in the Program Management Office (PMO) you will support the team with topics specific to SAM Governance and Vendor Management. You will have the possibility to gain insights into SAM Policy, Standards, Process, Risk, Audit and Vendor Management. This position will provide you the best opportunity to experience aspects of strategic planning and execution, in addition to valuable insights into a larger corporate IT Organization.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Management / Marketing / Business Informatics / Business Administration / Communications
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Language skills: English (advanced)
- Soft skills: team player, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable, creative
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
