What you'll do

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking ongoing projects within the Enterprise Service Management domain
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, leadership presentations, meeting minutes and reports for various stakeholders
  • Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at developing organizational structures, governance models, and operational frameworks
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and transparency in project execution
  • Perform research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and process improvements
  • Help drive project status updates and follow-up on action items with relevant teams
  • Take ownership of selected workstreams under guidance, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables

What you bring

  • Student (m/f/d) in a relevant program, e.g. Business, Management or a related field with IT focus
  • First practical experience in project management, consulting, or a comparable working environment (e.g. internships, student projects)
  • A structured and proactive way of working, with attention to detail and reliability
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise architecture management and interest in IT architectures and strategies
  • Ability to quickly understand complex topics and contribute constructively to discussions and concept development
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt to different teams and work styles
  • High motivation to learn, take responsibility, and grow within an agile and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

Delos Cloud GmbH is a fast-growing corporate start-up founded by SAP. Our mission is to become a key driver for the digital transformation in Germany by delivering a vendor and solution neutral sovereign cloud to the German public sector. We take pride in being a dependable partner for the German public administration. Our platform will fully meet the special requirements of our customers for IT security, data protection and secrecy and enable them to use cloud technology across their services.

For this exciting journey, we are successively expanding our organization in the upcoming months and looking for a working student to support us in marketing and communications with various and diverse tasks.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
