What you'll do
We are looking for a motivated and curious working student (f/m/d) to join our SAP Sustainability Product Go to Market team.
As a Working Student in Product Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting our sales enablement efforts within the Sustainability Growth Unit. You’ll work closely with the product marketing team to ensure sales teams have access to high-quality, up-to-date content and streamlined processes that communicate our product value effectively. This role offers hands-on experience in product marketing operations, content coordination, and enablement strategy execution. By the end of this program, you will have built a global network of Product Marketers, Product Managers, Developers, Industry Experts, and Business Leaders. You’ll also establish strong peer relationships and gain invaluable experience that will support your future career growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and updates of high-quality sales enablement assets (e.g. decks, one-pagers)
- Ensure assets are well-structured, visually consistent, and aligned with brand and messaging guidelines and support the development of templates for the Sustainability Growth Unit
- Support content updates around major milestones and events (e.g. sales meetings, yearly sales kick-off meeting…)
- Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from sales and partner teams and conduct market intelligence research to guide improvement
- Conduct research on best practices and trends in sales enablement and digital content formats
- Track and manage asset approvals (e.g. logos, quotes) by coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Organize and maintain sales materials across internal and external digital platforms for easy access and use
- Assist with content curation by tagging, archiving, and ensuring relevance of published assets
- Help improve and document processes for asset creation, quality control, and distribution and collaborate with various global teams to collect thought leadership, templates, and models that enhance the Asset Management Process
- Support reporting on asset usage, enablement content, and field feedback using existing tools and surveys
- Coordinate the development of sales enablement content together with the SAP Learning organization
- Collaborate with product marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of enablement content
- Support preparation and logistics for enablement sessions (e.g. webinars…)
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business, Marketing, Communications, or Sustainability
- Computer skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., SharePoint). Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma or Canva) is a bonus
- Language skills: Native or fluent English with excellent writing and composition abilities
- Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset, team player, excellent communicator, and eager to learn. Interested in Go-to-Market approaches, product marketing and sales enablement. Able to think critically about how marketing and sales enablement activities support business goals and customer needs
- Others: Previous internship or working student experience in marketing, communications, or sales enablement is a plus. Interest and curiosity for sustainability and/or enterprise software is a strong advantage

The SAP Sustainability Marketing Product Go-To-Market team is taking to market the software solutions developed by SAP Engineering and enabling the Customer Success and Partner teams with trainings and marketing assets to share the unique value of SAP Sustainability solutions with our customers and partners. The Product Marketing Managers in the team are experts of the sustainability market and in charge of establishing the best possible marketing mix for SAP solutions. They are working in close alignment with Product Engineering on the roadmaps to ensure that SAP Sustainability solutions are meeting the needs of customers and with Customer Success to define the most impactful value proposition and assets.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
