Job Title: Product Specialist

Purpose and Objective:
Concur Technologies, Inc. seeks a Product Specialist at our Bellevue, WA location to be responsible for the success, quality, cost management and delivery of a product in the whole product lifecycle as defined in the portfolio.

Expectations and Tasks:
Contributes to the efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of processes used in own area. Gain market and customer insight: Understands and follows latest technology trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities for SAP. Manage Product Features and write Market Requirement Documents. Collaborate closely with engineering and solution management teams on Scrum calls and evaluate technical features and requirements. Cooperate with customers and drive/contribute towards co-innovation projects to continuously improve the solution with the goal of sustainable long-term customer success. Shape, drive, and communicate the strategy and owns the product roadmap. Create and prioritize the product backlog by gathering market and customer insights and translating these into product requirements. Deliver products that meet market and customer needs, by focusing on defined end-to-end processes and priorities across all functional areas and lines of business. Work with engineering to gather requirements and estimates. Use problem-solving and analytical skills, including gathering data and structuring it. Gathering requirements and understanding how they should be translated to product functionality. Take ownership of customer requests and convert them into technical product solutions from concept through design phase and final delivery. Provide status reports and engage in steering committee meetings. Drive technical product features to GA release.

Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve two (2) years in the following:
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues;
• Support and maintain SaaS products;
• Ensure end to end support post-system integration; and
• Gather business, technical and user requirements and create user stories

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $146,994 - $166,500. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $146,994 - $185,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
