About the Team
The Customer Data Advisor team is part of the Data Operations Team in the Intelligent Data Management organization in PDT. We play a vital role in delivering trusted data to the business through giving data purpose, establishing data standards with the business process owner, and ensuring that data flows are managed across the entire SAP process and system landscape. This is the foundation on which the team operates. It is a global and diverse team consisting of License & Service account and contact experts, located in Germany, Czech Republic, Argentina, and Philippines.
Summary & Role Information
We seek a Customer Data Advisor Operations Specialist responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of corporate data focused on accounts and contacts. The individual is responsible for responding to requests from our main stakeholders as second level support about data related topics, resolving potential issues, and ensuring availability of high-quality data.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Be second level support for account and contact ticket categories for our main stakeholders (sales operations, marketing, finance teams)
- Be a trusted advisor for our main stakeholders on data related topics.
- Support our main stakeholders with Data Driven conversations to help them understand the quality of the data
- Performs data quality checks and audits of data to ensure data is accurate and complete and takes corrective steps
- Work closely with Global process Owners and Governance team in developing processes and procedures with other business functions to ensure an understanding of data input
- Ability To Troubleshoot and Identify Data Issues. Provides issue and problem resolution tracking
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Experience in data management field is preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and managing competing deadlines
- SAP CRM systems experience is a plus
- Advanced level of English
