How You Will Contribute
As Head of Product Strategy, Industry Products, you will be a key leader responsible for shaping SAP’s product direction across priority industries. Your contributions will include:
- Defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for industry-specific solutions
- Identifying white space opportunities based on customer needs, industry shifts, and competitive dynamics
- Partnering with product management, engineering, and sales to translate strategy into execution
- Driving innovation themes and prioritizing strategic investment areas
- Representing SAP externally in customer, partner, and analyst engagements
- Championing the voice of the customer and driving industry relevance in our solution portfolio
- Aligning cross-functional teams across go-to-market, product, and partner ecosystems
What You Will Bring
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven leader with the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, product strategy, or industry-specific solutions
- Background in ERP, CRM, SCM, or similar systems; prior experience in system implementation a plus
- Consulting experience at a tier-one management consulting firm (Consultant or Project Leader) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Retail, or Public Sector
- Proven track record of defining and executing product strategies in complex organizations
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, and sales
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 244700 - 609200(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
