What you'll do
Our team, Cloud Foundation CNF, focuses on supporting the Suite first, AI first and Partner first strategy of SAP. As a Developer Associate within Cloud Foundation CNF, team you will be responsible for contributing to implementing and validating end-to-end concepts on Partner extensibility and ecosystem to enable partners for high volume low touch business. You will contribute to harmonization across SAP Business Suite for core qualities such as extensibility, supportability, observability, common services, and managed integration. By leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights, you will help drive innovation and continuously enhance the solutions we provide. In your role as Developer Associate, you will work closely with colleagues globally with the following activities.

Work in a SCRUM team with a focus on supporting the partner developer journey and ecosystem.

Use latest SAP Technology stack (Business Technology Platform) to build business solutions in different technology stacks at fast pace.

Contribute towards feature roadmap for the topics following SCRUM and Agile, SDOL, CI/CD

Transform detailed designs into implementation.

Have excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Flexible to maintain existing code base, enhance implementation, and develop new code.

Flexible to work on multiple programming paradigms as per the team’s profile.

Bring in high energy to work constructively, do self-planning, collaborate within team and interface across engineering teams.

Have the zeal to implement solutions which help in improving performance and reducing costs.
What you'll bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

0-3 years of experience in software development, with exposure to open-source technologies.

Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Microservices, Design Patterns, and Data Structures with a technology agnostic mindset

Handson experience with at least one programming language: ABAP, TypeScript, Node.js or Java.
-
Expertise on SAP RAP will be a plus.

Exposure to SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, CDS, CAP, RAP, Fiori Elements, and UI5 is a plus
-
Basic understanding of relational databases.

Exposure to Docker; knowledge of Kubernetes is a bonus.

Awareness of SCRUM and Agile methodologies.

Good communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Basic understanding of cloud services, GIT and CI/CD processes.

Exposure to Cloud Foundry, Kafka, ISTIO, ESOA, and SAP BTP is a plus.
