What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP CX iXp Intern – Software Developer

Location: Montréal, QC

Expected start date to end date: October 1st 2025 – March 31st 2026

In the scope of Order Managment, the Flow service allows customers to define flexible processes through a low code / no code approach. You will work on the latest required features and your work will reach production and positively impact customers. These features will be discussed with UX, product management and dev experts, giving you a front row seat at how we build software at SAP

  • Ongoing studies in software development (for example: business informatics, computer science, business administration with IT focus, information technology, software development, industrial engineering, mathematics)
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and autonomous, goal-oriented work (also in the virtual team)
  • Develop and maintain user interfaces using React
  • Strong proficiency in React and its ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Implement responsive and accessible designs.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional components.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs that are scalable, secure, and well-documented.
  • Strong understanding of Java and Spring Boot framework.
  • Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Collaborate with other team members to solve complex technical problems.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 24 - 40(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
