What you bring

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Technical Skills: interest in low-code/no-code build tools, interest in building analytical dashboards, interest and knowledge in new technologies, web-development skills are a plus
  • Soft skills: open-minded, creative, questioning the status quo, results-oriented, highly self-motivate
  • Project Management skills: Experience in Project Management support
  • Availability: at least two semesters, on a 20/40-hour basis and able to come to the Gliwice office at least 1 day per wee
  • Language skills: advanced English, communicative Polish

The Modularization & Scale team is responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's vision and strategy. It acts as a central SWAT team for strategic initiatives and drives key programs.
