As a Product Manager for Growth and Communication at SAP Concur, you will drive product-led growth initiatives across Concur to enable users to activate, engage, and adopt our products and their features through seamless in-product experiences
You will deeply understand user journeys and leverage data-driven experimentation to optimize key touchpoints, reduce friction, and deliver measurable outcomes that drive user and business growth. You will work closely with design, engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams to ship high-impact features and experiments, fostering a culture of continuous learning and iteration
What You’ll Do
- Lead growth-focused product initiatives across user activation, engagement, adoption, marketing, and communications aligning with the principles of Product-Led Growth.
- Partner with design and research to map user journeys, identify friction points, and design scalable onboarding, activation, and engagement flows.
- Define and manage a roadmap of experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests, etc) and feature iterations, focusing on driving measurable improvements to user and business metrics.
- Collaborate with data science and analytics to define, track, and report on growth KPIs, including activation rates, time-to-value, feature adoption, and feature engagement.
- Use data to segment users, identify high-leverage opportunities for growth, and tailor in-product experiences to user needs.
- Partner with marketing and customer success to ensure in-product experiences align with external acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Work with engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable implementations of growth experiments and product improvements.
- Evangelize a growth mindset across teams, promoting hypothesis-driven development and fast learning cycles.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in product management with a focus on growth, product-led growth, or data-informed product development.
- Experience designing and running experiments to optimize user activation, onboarding, and engagement flows.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable using analytics dashboards + tools, and experimentation tools to make data-informed decisions.
- Ability to synthesize user research and behavioral data into actionable insights and product improvements.
- Skilled at collaborating with design, product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to define a vision, ship experiments and iterative enhancements rapidly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders around growth initiatives.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Travel and Expense, User Interaction, Martech, and Growth and Adoption is preferred but not required; we value your growth product mindset over industry specifics
