We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Prague. In this position, you will play a critical role in turning data into insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to launch and beyond.
What you will do
- Data Analysis: Perform both ad-hoc and continuous deep-dive analyses on large datasets (structured and unstructured) to uncover patterns, forecast trends, and evaluate business performance.
- System & Process Observability: Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to define KPIs, establish measurement frameworks, and deliver insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Reporting: Design, develop, and automate enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Communication: Present analytical findings into compelling data stories, including executive-level presentations to influence decision making.
What you bring
- Proven experience as in the domain of data analysis, business intelligence or related fields.
- Advanced skills in Excel and statistical analysis; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP products and technologies is highly desirable.
- Proficient written and verbal English skills.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders through data.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for transforming data into business value.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially in a virtual environment.

Your future team – Public Cloud Runway – is responsible for the End-to-End solution delivery supporting SAP’s core Sales and Deal execution business processes, closely interacting with SAP’s Sales Business. We act as the business’ trusted advisor and expert, driving together the simplification and evolution of our business processes – always keeping the end user in mind.
As a global team we work in an agile operating model to ensure efficient organization and delivery into 10+ different system landscapes.
