Responsibilities:
- Design, implementation and testing & commissioning of infrastructure-related projects
- Responsible for system design for Communications System
- Study the user requirements and coordinate with the customer’s engineers and end users to finalize the design proposal.
- Prepare submission for Design document, Test specifications and O&M manual
- Coordinate with hardware suppliers and software suppliers for FAT, equipment delivery and site T&C support activities
- Coordinate with installation engineers and interface engineers for system design and interface works
- Report to Project Manager and Design Managers for system design and T&C progress
- Cost estimation and request quotations for design works
Requirements:
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
- Degree or above in Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ technical experience for system design works or commissioning works (for Engineer);
- More experience will be considered as System Designer
- Knowledge in Communications Systems such as CCTV, PAS, PIDS, Data Network and PABX.
- Experience on MTR Projects would be an advantage
- Knowledge in BIM, MicroStation and AutoCAD would be an advantage
- A team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
