Apply now for the position of Portfolio Sales Manager for Siemens Healthineers XP products and services.

Your role:

  • Manages the Siemens Healthineers X-ray portfolio in order to support the sales team and to help customers take advantage of Siemens Healthineers solutions more effectively
  • Analyzes and evaluates markets (both product and services portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers
  • Executes sales targets and activities at dedicated accounts in order to increase sales and achieve defined commercial targets in Romania
  • Works out short and long-term sales strategies in the field for Siemens Healthineers
  • Promotes and supports the Services portfolio of Siemens Healthineers
  • Gets to know the product portfolio's technical parameters in detail and keeps this knowledge up-to-date. Searching for and preparing comparisons with the competitors' similar products
  • Organizes workshops and events related to the portfolio of products and services. Supports other Account Managers with specific product knowledge (e.g. participates in customer meetings and negotiations)
  • Takes part in the orders and revenue business planning
  • Supports the overall assigned AM organization and plans sales volumes and potential of key targeted customers
  • Supports strategic key customers' business development
  • Open to changes, and new challenges in the market and has an entrepreneurial spirit

    Your expertise:

    • At least 5-7 years of working experience including proven experience managing complex business relationships and working within cross-functional teams/processes to achieve goals. Strong evidence of the ability to build solutions across multiple stakeholders in complex relationships is essential
    • Experience in medical equipment or any other related field 5-7 years
    • Knowledge of the Romanian medical market
    • University degree
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong English language knowledge, German would be an advantage;

    • Ability to travel
