Your Challenge
* Responsible for the technical integrity of the project including compliance with scope, specifications, state of the art engineering practices for MV Switchgears projects.
* Handle small projects and perform the work either in cooperation with Project Manager or alone, depending on the complexity of each single project.
* Oversee the engineering activity on projects for MV Switchgears for a global business unit that focuses on electrical substations, PV plants, energy storage systems.
* Develop material specification, schematics preparation and follow-up to ensure proper and effective implementation.
* Starting from Plant Single Line Diagram, perform product definition through Company’s MV Switchgears design and ordering tools.
* Follow-up of the assigned projects from handover, through fabrication, cabling of LV compartments, finished Switchgears testing up to Customer delivery and during the warranty period.
* Perform, whenever required, the follow-up of site installation and commissioning phase.
* Display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems.
* Manage internal/external contacts.
* Perform special assignments and provides technical advice in area of expertise.
* Exercise operational supervision and management of small projects.

What you need to bring with you
* Demonstrates knowledge in field of electrotechnical specialization and multiple disciplines to the successful completion of similar assignments.
* Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
* Good knowledge of MV switchgears technology with protection and control systems,
* Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Advanced degree may be substituted by experience, where applicable.
* Collaborating with Supply Chain for input on vendor documentation, bids and proposals evaluations, materials, and equipment.
* Good organizational skills to respond to multiple inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a position requiring attention to detail with a strong focus on time and task management, capable of handling large orders and tasks in parallel and in lead position.
* Available to trips to Siemens and Third-Party factories to assist during the factory acceptance tests.
* Good knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
* Results/ Goals orientation and self-motivation for personal and career development within a dynamic working environment.
* Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer satisfaction, initiative, autonomy, and propensity to work in team.
* Growth Mindset: Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearn.
