What you will do:
- 計劃書撰寫、材料型錄送審、工程查驗、工程進度排定及控管
- 空調/電力/EMS系統圖面檢討、整合、繪製和修改
- 耗能設備現場量測及數據分析報告製作、含掛表、冰機量測、電力分析、效率分析
- 專案試俥調整、西門子 DDC 控制器設定、圖控軟體繪製、程式編輯修改
- 指揮監督分包商，管理專案執行進度與施工品質
- 工程驗收與結算
- 主管交辦事項
- 大專畢業以上學歷，空調、機電、控制相關科系尤佳
- 熟悉 PLC 或 DDC & 中央冰水系統
- 3年以上專案執行經驗，有節能或能源管理經驗優先
- 具有Microsoft office & Auto CAD 能力
