What will you do?
• Review and map existing processes.
• Perform "as-is" and "to-be" process mapping and analysis.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Develop KNIME workflow automations.
• Manage the Power BI workspace for the organization.
• Implement necessary gateways and other elements.
• Track and report on key productivity metrics.
What will you need to succeed?
• English intermediate required.
• Mid-level experience, with at least 3 years in related roles.
• Academic background in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Power BI
• Experience with process automation tools like KNIME is a plus.
• Strong process mapping and business analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of productivity metrics and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Growth mindset and ability to thrive in an agile, high-performing team environment.
