What will you do?
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for budget planning, financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in monitoring financial performance, optimizing processes, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Track and analyze financial performance against expectations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Perform monthly close activities, including account reconciliations, general ledger analysis, and journal preparation.
• Analyze Free Cash Flow results and identify key variances.
• Lead monthly planning and forecasting processes to support business strategy.
• Support the forecasting and budgeting process, as well as CAPEX controlling.
• Conduct financial reviews with business leaders to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance peers to drive improvements, standardization, and efficiency across teams.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to monitor key financial indicators.
• Drive the implementation of digital solutions for financial processes within the plant.
• Act as a trusted advisor, troubleshooting and resolving complex financial challenges across multiple departments.
What will you need to succeed?
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Expertise in Excel, including advanced data analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Knime, Tableau, or similar financial tools is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and always looking to improve processes.
• Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving ability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
