In this role you will:
- Support the Rail Systems (RS) Construction Lead and Senior Project Engineer with site coordination for the assigned section of the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport (SMWSA) Project.
- Monitor installation progress and compile reports to support the construction interface and handover process from CIVIL to Siemens Rail Systems.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens Project framework and procedures (Configuration management, Change management, RFI).
- Support project teams as required, including the Construction team, Planning team, Logistics team, Quality team, and EHS team.
- Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders to coordinate the best outcome for the project.
- Implement Project Management guidelines and processes, and coordinate amongst respective functional organizations.
- Administer and ensure adherence to Project Management policies, guidelines, programs, and standards.
- Support the RS Construction Lead and Project Engineer with preparing and contributing to contractual/commercial matters upon request.
- Analyze workflow environment and propose improvements in PM operations.
- Coordinate technical solutions within the SMWSA consortium, including associated sub-contractors.

- Engineering Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or equivalent.
- Professional Construction or T&C experience of more than 2 years on complex Infrastructure Projects.
- Demonstrated site experience on Civil, MEP, or Track delivery.
- Demonstrated experience with Quality management (ITPs, ITRs, and Defect management).
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts and/or night shifts when required.
- Familiarity with 3D modelling software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
