Drive innovation in clinical workflow automation and autonomy as part of a global R&D team, leveraging AI, embodied intelligence, and vision-language-action (VLA) models to develop next-generation solutions.
Research & Development: Design and deploy intelligent systems to address critical challenges in clinical workflows, utilizing the latest advancements in AI and robotics.
Rapid Prototyping: Develop and optimize X-ray clinical applications for global markets, enhancing both clinical research and daily medical operations.
Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers to gather insights, refine solutions, and ensure real-world applicability through iterative feedback.
Responsibilities:
Research, design, and implement intelligent algorithms for AI-driven workflow automation & autonomous X-ray systems.
Develop innovative solutions to address real-world clinical challenges, from concept to deployment.
Collaborate closely with healthcare partners to understand clinical needs and deliver robust, scalable AI solutions.
Analyze clinical study data to validate system performance and guide continuous improvement.
Qualification
Ph.D or MSc. in an engineering or science field such as computer science, electrical engineering, statistics, robotic or applied math.
Strong background in deep Learning with hands-on experience in PyTorch, TensorRT , openVINO etc.
Proficiency in Python, C++,C # and QT programming in Windows and Linux platform
Research experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Embodied Intelligence , Foundation Models or AGI (academic or industry)
Exceptional English communication skills (both technical writing and verbal presentation)
Proven teamwork abilities with strong interpersonal skills to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments
