Apply now for the position of IT Business Analyst (Outsourcing Contract) This will be based in Cairo, Egypt.
Your role:
- Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.
- Supports customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes.
- implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
- Executes and/or organizes relevant testing.
- Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes.
- Develops necessary service levels to fulfill business requirements.
- Manage digital transformation with digitization and automation solutions including designing, developing, and maintaining local software applications.
Your expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related fields.
- Minium 1 year of experience.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues under guidance.
- Assist in handling service desk tickets and providing first-level support.
- Microsoft technical certifications is a plus.
- ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Good Team Player with strong communication, analytical and reporting skills.
- Good time management skills, Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
