What part will you play?
IT Service Desk is the single point of contact for our internal users and supports user for incidents, problems, or services requests. Our main site is at Istanbul Kartal and most of the users and IT Service Desk main location is Istanbul. We have users located at Ankara as well. We need a part-time student as helping hands and as part of our IT Team for supporting directly users at Ankara.
Ankara related support areas include following topics
- Being first contact for Ankara users IT issues, especially if physical inspection require
- Using ticketing system for managing customers requests
- Keeping track of assets and shipment at Ankara site
- Handing over and taking back assets
- Employee onboarding and offboarding etc.
- Conforming to Siemens processes, quality standards, and guidelines
- 3rd year undergraduate student in Information Technologies, Computer Engineering Mathematics or Mechatronics Engineering program.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Hard-working team player, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
