What are you going to do?
You’ll be key contributor in development of new ultrasound products by providing system engineering expertise to local as well to international software, hardware and ultrasound engineering teams.
Task and responsibilities:
- You will own system requirements for ultrasound medical device
- You will be primarily responsible for risk analysis of ultrasound medical device system
- You will coordinate technical solutions with various technical stakeholders to achieve best results considering business, economical, as well as technical point of view
- You will review/approve various design artifacts from development of ultrasound medical device by providing overall ultrasound system view
- You will coach, support, and continuously help improve system engineering skills in R&D teams with focus on system design integrity, consistency of system and sub-system requirements, risk and hazard, readiness for verification and validation, processes, documents, and general awareness of system engineering viewpoint.
Expected skills and experience:
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Systems Engineering, Physics, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

- Excellent analytical and engineering/design skills
- Excellent requirement engineering skills
- Experience with risk and hazard management as related to human factors and usability, software development, and dFMEA.
- Thorough familiarity with verification and validation process
- Understanding of the practical application of Systems Engineering and Design Controls in Medical Device product development, including integration.
- Good communicational skills
- English at B2 level or higher
- Team player focusing on helping teams to achieve their goals
- Preferable experience with system engineering tasks in development of a medical device
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : from 2800€ brutto/monthly + VAR*
