Missions:
Be responsible for HW requirement analysis, design, development, unit test and maintenance of product HW
硬件产品的需求分析、设计、开发、单元测试与产品维护
Responsibilities:
Understand requirement from product manager and derive into functional requirement specification / 理解产品需求并分解到功能说明文档
Design hardware subsystem or components. Describe the detailed design in design specification / 设计硬件子系统或组件并撰写设计文档
Implement reliability design and unit test in good quality / 实现可靠性设计和单元测试
Review and inspect technique document / 评审和检查技术文档
Perform design transfer to production / 完成设计到生产的移交
Improve the related process and practice continually /持续流程改进
Investigate customer complaint and write report in a timely basis / 调查客户抱怨,分析原因并撰写客户抱怨调查报告
Requirements:
Master/Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering/ 电子电力通信相关专业硕士或本科学历
Typically 1-2 years experience in hardware development / 一到二年硬件开发经验
Experience in Mentor, Protel or Power PCB, etc., to design and simulate circuit/ 有使用Mentor,Protel 或 Power PCB 等工具软件设计和仿真电路的经验
Experience in MCU or FPGA design / 在MCU 或FPGA 设计有一定的经验
Preferably experience in motion control, or signal processing or power distribution system /在运动控制或信号处理或供电系统方面有经验优先
Preferably in medical device industry/ 医疗器械行业背景优先
