Then come and join our global team as AI & Digitalization Expert (f/m/d) – Intelligent Process Automation to drive intelligent automation at Siemens Healthineers within the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Intelligent Process Automation.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for bridging the gap between our services and the operational business units by closely communicating and translating business requirements into services.
- You take on strategic automation initiatives, analyze business processes, and develop concrete implementation plans to enhance efficiency and performance in the areas of digitalization and AI.
- You drive the promotion of our tool capabilities by planning and participating in marketing activities, focusing on acquiring new use cases and globally expanding our reach and impact.
- You improve the acceptance of AI, hyperautomation, and digitalization overall by collaborating with the company's global stakeholders to identify key processes and develop a concept for intelligent end-to-end digitalization.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have completed a master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a similar field.
- You have several years of professional experience in the IT field, ideally with a focus on digital process automation or AI-related topics.
- You ideally already have knowledge/experience in the healthcare industry.
- You possess a solid understanding of intelligent process and workflow automation solutions such as ServiceNow, UiPath, and KNIME, as well as their business benefits.
- You excel at understanding business requirements and quickly familiarizing yourself with the respective domain knowledge to convert these into service priorities.

- You are the perfect fit for this position if you combine technical knowledge with excellent communication skills and enjoy developing innovative solutions with and for our Siemens Healthineers business.
- You work creatively and independently to find solutions for the challenges of today and tomorrow.
- You can work closely with business analysts to understand their requirements and develop technical process mining solutions.
- Thanks to your ability to consult and provide advice, you are confident enough to challenge business users’ requirements when necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- You have a strong analytical mindset for problem-solving, as well as good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate colleagues in implementing solutions.
- Your business-fluent English enables you to collaborate and communicate with colleagues in an international environment. German language skills are an advantage.
