We will be glad to have you in our team as a Technical Sales Support Professional, where you will be responsible for successfully providing technical guidance and support to the sales team for effective sales operations.

Your role:

  • Support the sales process and project implementation success by managing the administrative procedures
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create competitive proposals, quotations and technical documentation of the products
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of response to tenders and public proposals (technical specs, respective documentation)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, offers & tenders, procurement, PM) to ensure a smooth sales process and product compliance
  • Stay up to date with the tech features of the products offered by the company, as well as with the relevant regulations and standards in the medical devices industry

Your expertise/ skills:

  • BSc / MSc in related subject such as Biomedical Engineering
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role (good knowledge of medical devices industry will be highly appreciated)
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Teamwork and high level of customer service and communication skills
  • Well-organized, high focus and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Greek and English language, written and spoken
