The Global Operations team lead the operational delivery of our services, collaborating closely with all departments to optimise and enhance operational efficiency, with a particular emphasis on the Zendesk platform. You will play a critical role in this effort, working closely with the Head of Digital Services to manage and configure Zendesk, implement change initiatives, and support the growth of Zendesk across operations in all countries.
This role is based in our Stoke Poges office 2-3 days per week, with hybrid working available for the remainder.
Key Accountabilities:
Work across functions and countries to identify opportunities to enhance and improve our customer offering, driving new ways of working enhancing our digital capabilities.
Work in partnership with IT to deliver change projects and enhance our operational services.
Develop and write requirements specifications for operational solutions.
Play an active role in strategic projects, acting as an expert for Zendesk.
Be forward thinking, able to spot and highlight any potential blockers or how configurations could potentially affect processes within different departments or countries.
Responsible for ensuring all compliance guidelines, both internal and external are met and can be evidenced.
Conduct functional testing to ensure that the Zendesk configurations meet business requirements and are error-free.
Assist in training sessions to help users understand and effectively use the configured system.
Continuously assess and recommend improvements to the existing Zendesk configuration to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
Work across functions to provide consolidated KPI reporting to ensure visibility of operational performance across all areas.
Skills and Experience required:
Experience of Zendesk’s technical design and configuration
Experience in change management.
Ability to implement and run structured process improvements effectively.
Ability to critically evaluate commercial opportunities to support the creation of professional business cases.
Good understanding of data and how to analyse large datasets to draw conclusions
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
