We are looking for new engineering graduates for our Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program (Digital Industries). This is a full-time rotational position requiring you to relocate for six-month rotations. Your first rotation will be at our Alpharetta, GA location. Subsequent rotation locations are based on business demand and have included (but are not limited to): Chicago, IL, Harleysville, PA, Lebanon, OH, and Detroit, MI.
You'll make an impact by:- Developing your expertise in technical marketing while gaining exposure to the latest trends in automation engineering and industrial technologies
- Engaging hands-on with emerging industrial automation hardware and software, using your engineering background to thoroughly understand their technical specifications and real-world applications across diverse use cases
- Conduct marketing research and contribute to new product introduction (NPI)
- Apply you creativity and unique perspective to develop compelling technical marketing materials and innovative methods, improving and implementing go-to-market strategies
- Presenting and demonstrating solutions to highly technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clear and impactful communication
- Collaborating with our product management, technical sales, corporate marketing, business strategy, and R&D teams to learn how to own and drive business-enabling initiatives and advancements in the markets we serve
- Potential rotational assignments include Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Developer, Business Analyst, Marketing Specialist, Technical Sales, Application Engineering, and Sales Specialist
Basic Qualifications
- Available to start full-time employment in July 2025
- Bachelor's degree: rising graduates (must graduate no earlier than Spring 2024 and no later than June 2025)
- Majors: Industrial Distribution, Industrial/Industrial Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related majors
- Must be willing and able to relocate for each rotation and travel for business purposes. Relocation assistance is provided to hires who must relocate more than 50 miles from their permanent address
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization

- Business minor or prior business-related coursework and business acumen

- The pay rate for this position is $81,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location
