As part of this program, we are currently looking for two technically skilled candidates with a strong sales focus to join our international team at Siemens AG Austria.

You’ll win us over by:
- Holding a Master’s, Doctoral degree, or equivalent, combined with substantial practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles) in a technical or business-related field, such as:
- Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration/Economics, Building Technology, Energy Management, Sustainability, or similar disciplines
- Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying, working, etc.
- Demonstrating flexibility, mobility, and a collaborative, open mindset within the program duration
- Bringing strong analytical skills, self-organization, and an entrepreneurial spirit – eager to innovate, drive change, take ownership, follow through, and work independently while staying organized
- Showing solid business acumen – thinking strategically and understanding economic dynamics
- Communicating effectively and showing a strong interest in operational business and cross-cultural collaboration
- Being fluent in English (minimum B2) and German (minimum B1)
- Interest in working across Central & Eastern Europe
Our Offer:
The gross annual salary for this position is EUR 57.773,54, in accordance with the collective agreement.
