Your tasks and responsibilities:
Regarding on the Education Business in CS APP, drive Edu Service business and market growth. Following local & HQ defined business objective and maximum implementation in China. Creating EDU product ,optimize Portflio and implement specific marketing programs and market launch plans, etc. and completes a range of general marketing operations (i.e. analyses, campaigns) for an assigned organizational unit or a related product portfolio.
1. Support Marketing Manager to drive Education Business strategy localization and development, especially group training(classroom training , virure CRT ) business development and growth in China.
2. Develop existing educational conditions and expand market educational resources. Drive EDU business growth . Continuous market research and competition analysis on the foreseen and planned activities. Support Marketing Manager to define and adjust the strategy according to survey and marketing analysis data.
- Market analysis and competitive transparency
- Customer base analysis and business potential identification
- Service portfolio, offerings and pricing
3. Drive and cooperate with modality team to create and develop the comprehensive education content and solutions, including content framework, speaker collaboration (internal/external), topic define/negotation, and course develivery, etc
4. According to the Siemens Healthineers CS strategies to develop and scout new education business opportunities based on assessments of future market and technology trends.
5. Define platform development requirements to support new venture business. Support to define Go to Market strategy for the education digital transformation .
6. Skilled presentation and presentation of EDU products within the organization.
Communicate with different departments such as BM,Sales team, promote EDU product and EDU strategy within the organization.
7. Other related projects or tasks assigned by manager or company.
Your qualifications and experience:
Experience
• Total experience years with more than 8 years. Better to have working experience in Healthcare business or related industries, clear vision on the development trend and pattern of healthcare market in China, clinical background, marketing, sales or Relevant working expercine more than 5 years.
Below experience or competence would be a plus:
1) High experience of education business management and marketing, involved for large / medium size companies and in M&A and strategic partnership is a plus.Experienced in content strategy development, implementation.
2) Experienced of collaboration with healthcare radiology KOLs and successfully onboard external speakers for education webinar business on and online education business.
