We are currently looking for a Sales Support Professional for Customer Master Data maintenance to join our team. Key to your role will be to provide service excellence, owning cases from initial contact through to resolution. This role is within the Regional Management Support Team for Healthcare Central Western Europe zone. As a Sales Support Professional employee you will be managing necessary support activities for a collection of Applications used by Healthcare Sales.
What are my responsibilities?
- End-to-end customer experience providing a single point-of-contact for customer master data
- Maintain CRM and SAP Applications / Tools timely and accurately
- Ticket management and resolution within supported applications - timely and accurately
- Document and tracking: call/mail/tickets
- Create evaluation and reports
- Contributes to continuous improvement processes in order to improve the quality of data provided and the individual customer experience
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Fluent in German (mandatory) and English
- Good verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on multicultural sensitivity
- Understanding of support requirements aligned to differing business cultures
- Familiar with the processing of customer master data including bank details
- Experience with data maintenance in SAP
- Flexibility required in terms of working hours and travel (mainly during training) will be required
- Problem solving and research skills
- Supports the Induction and Integration of new team members
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerApps, Teams
- Curious in regards of new IT technologies
- Absolutely reliable and dedicated to the job
- Experience in Healthcare industry business process and in Application Support (Help Desk / Service Support) welcomed
