Siemens Fort Worth facility is hiring and growing a brand-new facility that will produce high-quality, engineered and make-to-order switchboard. We are looking for an SAP Data Analyst to work on-site to validate virtual actions in SAP, support the physical manufacturing process, and collaborate with other on-site colleagues. After 6-8 months the role could be hybrid, and this person could be 50% on-site.
You will make an impact by:
- Maintaining and updates plant-level material master data while coordinating corrective actions by production/planning, support functions, and other plants regarding their respective master data components.
- Owning and managing SAP Material Master Data (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules; and a familiarity with Sales & Distribution (SD) and Financial Accounting (FI) modules
- Experience with the manufacturing value-chain, to include fabrication [and be able to relate these concepts to virtual processes within SAP].
- Understanding and making changes to networking, configuration/use of peripherals, basic computer hardware
- Analyzing, evaluating, prioritizing and solving master data deficiencies that have operational impacts; able to articulate the impact to process owners and drive changes to reduce future deficiencies

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; background in Industrial Engineering Industrial Distribution, CompSci, or Systems Engineering. Vocationally trained and experienced (semi-) professional positions with extensive knowledge of a range of specific processes and systems could be substituted for bachelor’s degree. Similarly, 2-years professional experience with basic knowledge in a technical field could be a substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Five or more years of experience using one or more of the following SAP WM, MM, PP modules and a medium to high understanding of Material Master Tabs; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
- Direct experience with placing in service and troubleshooting Information Technologies (IT) topics like networking, configuration/use of peripherals, basic computer hardware.
- Experience assisting in the development of enhancements/automation of SAP tools for SCM functions.
- Advanced proficiency using computers, to include Microsoft Office 365 tools [Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word].
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

- The pay range for this position is $73,500 - $126,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
