We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable SAP Data Analyst to support our team in managing and maintaining structured data within SAP and Excel. This role does not require configuration of SAP views or deep engineering knowledge, but rather a strong grasp of data handling, documentation, and system navigation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain SAP data structures related to sub-assemblies and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Process and coordinate BOM transfers between suppliers and internal systems
  • Gather Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) data into system and manage closure process
  • Maintain and update Excel-based technical data, including MCB tripping time
  • Convert laboratory test data (PDF formats) into structured, analyzable formats
  • Perform data entry and maintenance tasks for laboratory results and technical specifications
  • Conduct basic BOM analysis and verification
  • Support data quality initiatives and maintenance activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of SAP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data entry, formatting, and basic formulas)
  • Ability to analyze and organize technical data from PDFs and lab reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Advance level of English (must)
