Then come and join our global team as Education Product Manager (f/m/d) D&A Advanced Visualizations to drive the education portfolio of Advanced Visualization products forward.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 25h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You actively contribute to the Service Lifecycle Management of Advanced Visualization products, ensuring that the Application Organization can implement and support the products throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • You define the training strategy for Advanced Visualization, aligning country-specific needs with release updates from the D&A Business Line.
  • You develop training content and materials for use across our global Education and Development Centers and the e-learning platform. When needed, you also support our customers directly by delivering training sessions.
  • You support the introduction of Syngo Carbon Flexinity and manage the associated pricebook activities for Advanced Visualization products.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Medical Imaging or a healthcare-related field.
  • You bring several years of experience working with medical imaging products, particularly in post-processing.
  • We also welcome applicants with a Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training combined with relevant professional experience in this field.
  • You have a proven track record of successful collaboration in multifunctional and matrix-organized teams.
  • You demonstrate a strong customer focus and possess solid knowledge of customer servicerelated processes.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office applications; experience with tools for creating video and training content is a plus.

  • You have fluent English skills; German language skills are a strong plus.
  • You communicate effectively and are eager to build strong relationships with country representatives and across teams.
  • You thrive in a collaborative team environment and consistently focus on achieving impactful, results-driven outcomes.
  • You take initiative and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and deliver value.
