You’ll make a difference by
As a Working Student in UX Data Analysis, you will support our UX Research & Analytics team by transforming telemetry and interaction data into meaningful metrics, insights and visualizations. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and data scientists to optimize our digital experiences.Data quality & reporting: run duplicate checks, cleanse data, and build dashboards that give stakeholders actionable insights. Monitor and troubleshoot failed Power BI dataset refreshes, analyze error messages
- You help us develop Python scripts using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for cleaning, validating, and normalizing datasets to ensure data quality and consistency for analyses.
- You assist in conducting exploratory data analyses (EDA) to uncover usage patterns and pain points.
- You contribute to the development and maintenance of scripts for specific analyses and data manipulation.
- Finally, you support us in the prototypical development of AI-driven approaches (e.g., clustering users based on usage behavior, leveraging LLMs for user feedback analysis).
Your defining qualities
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
- You are proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or equivalent programming languages
- You have practical experience working with telemetry data, including its collection, cleaning, and analysis
- You have strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
