What part will you play?
IT Service Desk is the single point of contact for our internal users and supports user for incidents, problems, or services requests.
- Provides L1 user support, as required, using standard tools and processes
- If needed, communicates with service providers to solve principle local IT problems.
- Assists with the development of standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues.
- Contributes to creation of support documentation.
- Support implementation of IT security guidelines
- Examples of support topics: Windows 11 Client Support, Access Management, Employee onboarding, Asset Management
- Onsite work at office
What you need to make real what matters.
- Degree in Information Technologies or similar field.
- Minimum of three (3+) years of working experience in an IT environment.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL V4 or similar)
- Good knowledge of English (written, spoken, reading and technical).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other IT professionals.
- Hard-working team player, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills when communicating with our internal users.
