We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team in a hybrid role, combining Financial Analyst (70%) and Data Analyst (30%) responsibilities. This position is located in Peachtree Corners, GA, offering a hybrid work environment with 3-4 days a week onsite. This The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business results, supporting the business segment controlling team, and presenting insights to senior management. Key responsibilities include performing complex financial analysis on budgets, forecasts, cash flows, operating results, and business plans to determine the health of the business and make recommendations to upper management. The role also involves driving digitalization initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address emerging business challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely and competent analysis of business results to enhance transparency and make actionable business recommendations.

  • Support the business controlling team by analyzing actuals and presenting finalized results and analysis to senior management during monthly closings.

  • Provides key insights from business operations to team leader and business leads to achieve business results.

  • Develop and present monthly forecasts and annual budgets for senior management.

  • Act as the main point of contact for a business segment during monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting cycles.

  • Handles special projects and requests including ad-hoc analysis, drivers of operating expenses, cash flow, and presentations.

  • Ensure clean books and records in addition be able to follow recent accounting standards and financial reporting guidelines. Ensures compliance with Siemens FRGs and IFRS in relation to accounting & financial reporting.

  • Support and help drive the implementation of automation and robotic tools to develop digitalization throughout the organization.

  • Supporting with cross-functional business digitalization and data projects which will lead to develop, drive and executing Agile self-service automation leveraging low code automations, advanced analytics tools, machine learning, visualization

  • Supporting the definition and implementation of new tools and applications with regards to their benefit in improving Finance performance.

  • Collaborate with other functions to identify and understand emerging business challenges and opportunities, creating actionable analytics to address them.

You will impress us with the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, BA or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with finance and performance controlling activities

  • Technical Proficiency in SAP, Excel and Power Point is required

  • Proficiency in data automation and digitalization tools such as KNIME, Tableau, and similar platforms.

  • Minimum travel requirement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Analytics Cloud experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to critically assess data and solve complex problems.

  • Effective team communication, fostering collaboration, trust, and active engagement with colleagues.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring accuracy in financial reports and models.

  • Resilient and adaptable, maintaining focus and composure in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

The pay range for this position is $ $60,340 - $103,440.
