Siemens Industry is looking for an Industrial Engineer for our Fort Worth, TX factory located in the DFW Metroplex. This growing facility produces High-quality, Engineered power distribution equipment. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for applying Lean principles to continuously improve the factory and supporting operations. This can include Lean practices throughout, New product introduction, Fabrication, Assembly, Supply chain, and Team development.

You will make an impact by:

  • Improving safety for all personnel that work in and around production areas
  • Executing projects to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory
  • Leading / Participating in Lean activities and training across the facility
  • Leading / Participating in the development of production teams and processes
  • Participating in new product introduction, digitalization, and expansion projects

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • B.S. or greater in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment as an Industrial Engineer
  • Experience researching, analyzing, and implementing new processes, tooling, and equipment
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge and experience with Lean tools and techniques
  • Experience in supporting 6S programs
  • Experience in problem investigation, cause analysis, implementation and follow up
  • Experiences applying Lean Six Sigma concepts.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems

  • The pay range for this position is $60,340 - 103,440. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
