Software Engineer Trainee C#
We are looking for a software engineer trainee who would like to experience exciting challenges and solve intriguing engineering tasks as a member of a cooperative, expert agile team, in a truly international work and project environment.
We are developing TIA-Portal, one of the biggest and complex C# code-based engineering system in the world, which is Siemens' flagship in the field of industrial automation and digitalization. It is an integral solution package used by, for example, Audi, Tesla, Volvo, and other premium brand manufacturers all over the world.
If join our team you will have first-hand experience of developing such a complex system.
In this sophisticated software environment, our primary focus lies on the Hardware Configuration and Networks component. This vital component enables engineers to efficiently configure the operation of Siemens-developed hardware components, as well as manage the communication protocols established among these devices.

Responsibilities:

Develop C# source code in base components of Automation Portal (TIA)

Refactoring & Re-engineering existing software components

Document changes and update documentation according to the changes

Increasing code quality of the Profinet/Networks component
-
Participating in sprint planning, supporting the preparation of quarterly development cycles
Profil:
-
Ongoing bachelor’s degree
-
Systematic, precise working routine, willingness to learn, agile attitude

You are proficient in both written and spoken English to communicate and collaborate with our international team

Solution-oriented, proactive attitude

The ability to work independently and as a team member
