As a working student at Siemens, you have the opportunity to actively contribute in various areas and fully apply your skills.
You’ll create impact by
- You will support the IT People Excellence team in designing, developing, and implementing strategic learning programs
- You will collaborate with learning solution providers and develop tailored (learning) interventions for the organization
- You will design learning journeys and continuously align them with the needs of the IT organization
- If desired, you will independently lead small (software) projects in the area of employee development, e.g., developing an application for training management
- You will help build and support communities to become self-sustaining
This is how you'll win us over
- You are studying Business Psychology, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar field (at least in your 3rd Bachelor semester)
- You’re looking for a long-term working student position and are available 16–20 hours per week
- You have a strong passion for organizational and employee development and are interested in continuously supporting employees in their growth
- You enjoy developing concepts and working with a wide range of stakeholders
- You work independently, carefully, and are eager to take on responsibility
- You are curious, quick to grasp new (IT) topics, and enjoy proactively developing new concepts and solutions
- You have strong communication skills and can present complex topics in a simple and target group-oriented way
- You are an empathetic team player with a growth mindset
- You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
